  1. Lara Berriatua: Making yogurt is a fermentation process. It depends on bacteria. Fresh milk contains sugars (lactose) and bacteria. The bacteria feed on the sugars and lactose is converted into lactic acid by fermentation. The milk after this process has more acidity and is thicker becoming a yogurt and lasting much longer.

  2. (ya sé que es porque es un hidrato de carbono, pero porque en los hidratos de carbono? que característica tienen para que pueda llevarse a cabo?
